Roberto Paredes did not come to real estate in a straight line. Before advising people who invest in another country, he lived it himself: born in the United States, raised in Bogotá, he chose Florida to build his family’s future. That is why he understands Spanish-speaking investors. He faced the same questions: where to invest, with whom, and under what structure?

His background in marketing and his years in advertising, hospitality and education gave him a different view of the real estate business: strategic judgment before product. Today he is a real estate investment strategist in Miami and an agent with eXp Realty, recognized multiple times with his company’s ICON Agent Award. That conviction is where the A3 Methodology comes from: the belief that every real estate investment deserves real estate, financial, legal and tax analysis at the same table.
